Thome Aging Well Program
Improving health, well-being, and dignity for older adults with lower incomes through community service enhancements and home environment modifications.

Enterprise Community Partners launched the Thome Aging Well Program to help organizations expand housing and community service programs or modify environments to support aging in place. CulturWell provided expertise as a public health professional, supporting organizations with education about universal design and aging in place, developing best practices and strategies for aging in place, and completing an action plan notebook. Work included qualitative and quantitative research, public health data analysis, and verbal and written strategy presentations.
